There’s nothing like a cold winter day trapped inside a cozy house. In front of the fire place with a giant mug of coffee, I love to sit with family, talking or reading. I made these over Christmas vacation and they were a huge hit! I didn’t use the chocolate, which made these muffins very cinnamony and perfect to have with a cup of coffee or cocoa. They became a great addition to my typical Christmas routine!
